Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return process simple and straightforward.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of Items
To ensure the highest quality for all customers, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with all tags attached
- With the hygiene liner in place
- Free from makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
- Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If your piece isn’t the perfect fit, we recommend choosing store credit, so you can select another style or size that suits you better.
- Store credit is issued once your return is received and approved
- It does not expire and can be used at any time
- This is the fastest way to secure another piece from our collection
Refunds
If you prefer a refund, this can be requested during the return process.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is received and approved
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will of course cover the return.
How to Start a Return
1. Log into your account at aventuraswimwear.com
2. Go to your order history and select “Request Return”
3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions
4. Send your item back using a tracked shipping service
Once received and inspected, we will process your store credit or refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more
- Gift cards
- Items returned without hygiene liners
International Returns
For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply when returning your item.
These are determined by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the customer.
If a return is sent back due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of shipping and any additional charges may be deducted from the refund.
