right to withdraw

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

You can use the form below to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your contract.

Once submitted, your request will be sent to our team and you will receive an email confirming that we have received your withdrawal request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, we will review whether it can be cancelled before shipping. If we are able to cancel your order before fulfilment, your refund will be processed through your original payment method.

If your order has already been fulfilled, dispatched or delivered, your withdrawal request will be handled through our returns process. In this case, the item must be returned in line with our Returns Policy.

Refunds can take 3–7 working days to appear in your account once processed, depending on your payment provider or bank.
